📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform concrete testing including compressive strength, flexural strength, and durability tests.
• Operate and maintain testing equipment such as compression testing machines, flexural testing machines, and non-destructive testing tools.
• Prepare and maintain test samples according to industry standards.
• Record and analyze test results, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of test results.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in concrete testing laboratory.
• Certification in concrete testing (e.g., ASTM, ACI) is a plus.
• Proficient in using compression testing machines, flexural testing machines, and non-destructive testing tools.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
