🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business operations analysis, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry.
• Proficient in using SAP, Oracle, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with operational processes in the FMCG or retail industry is a plus.
• Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or a related field is a plus.
