📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire lifecycle of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closure.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Monitor project progress using tools like Procore, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and mitigate risks.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets.
• Liaise with clients to manage expectations and resolve any issues that arise.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project management processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project administration, preferably in Bali.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction management software, including Procore and AutoCAD.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction laws and regulations.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Construction Management (CM) is a plus.
