📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement fleet and transport optimization strategies.
• Analyze and interpret logistics data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
• Utilize software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar logistics management systems to plan and monitor fleet activities.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide recommendations for enhancing fleet performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in logistics and transport planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide training and support to the logistics team on best practices and new technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet and transport planning.
• Proven experience with logistics management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
