📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of premium tea beverages using Chatime’s proprietary brewing methods and equipment.
• Uphold Chatime’s high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for customers.
• Train and mentor new staff on proper beverage preparation techniques and customer service.
• Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed to maintain smooth operations.
• Assist in maintaining and cleaning Chatime equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the Chatime location.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• 2+ years of experience as a barista or in a similar role, preferably in a tea or coffee-based beverage environment.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian, with excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality beverages.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of Chatime’s menu and brewing techniques is a plus.
• Valid ID and the ability to pass a background check.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in a similar role at Chatime or another premium beverage brand is a strong asset.
