📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Welcome and assist customers in selecting the perfect frames and lenses, providing expert advice tailored to their individual needs.
• Perform eye examinations and fit customers with glasses and contact lenses, ensuring optimal vision correction.
• Advise customers on the best eyewear options based on their lifestyle, preferences, and eye health.
• Maintain and update customer records, including prescription information and purchase history.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in eyewear and optometry.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new products and services.
• Ensure all work areas are clean and organized, adhering to health and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Optometry, Opticianry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in opticianry, with a strong understanding of eyewear and lens technology.
• Proficiency in using optical equipment and software, such as OptiCal, VisionWorks, or similar.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide personalized advice.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards, including ISO 8623 for contact lenses.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive and collaborative workplace.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
