📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the conservation and restoration of Bangka Belitung's unique biodiversity.
• Manage and oversee a team of conservation experts, ensuring the successful execution of conservation projects.
• Collaborate with local communities, government agencies, and international partners to implement conservation initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of conservation projects, ensuring they meet established goals and objectives.
• Advocate for the protection of Bangka Belitung's natural heritage, both locally and internationally.
• Represent the Bangka Belitung Natural Heritage Foundation in national and international conservation forums.
• Ensure compliance with relevant environmental regulations and standards.
• Lead fundraising efforts to secure financial resources for conservation projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Conservation Biology, or a related field.
• Master's degree or PhD in a relevant field is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in conservation, with a proven track record in leading high-impact conservation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian environmental regulations and policies.
• Proven ability to manage and oversee a team of conservation experts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong advocacy skills, with the ability to represent the organization in national and international conservation forums.
