📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of industrial facilities.
• Inspect and maintain equipment, machinery, and systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and work orders using software such as SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to identify potential issues and address them promptly.
• Monitor maintenance budgets and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Train and mentor junior maintenance staff to ensure high standards of workmanship and safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve maintenance-related issues and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure that all maintenance activities are documented and reported accurately for compliance and audit purposes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with a focus on mechanical or electrical systems.
• Certification in industrial safety (e.g., OSHA, or equivalent).
• Experience with maintenance management software such as SAP, Maximo, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
