📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a high-quality hiring experience.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Maintain and update job descriptions, ensuring they are accurate and appealing to potential candidates.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of the motor industry and the ability to identify and attract top talent in this sector.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
