Net New Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Store Manager to join our team in Pekalongan. As a Senior Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our stores, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales performance.

Ensure the store meets all sales targets and KPIs.

Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.

Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store at all times.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations.

Conduct regular store audits and inspections to ensure quality standards are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.

Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
