📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the needs of the position.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Monitor recruitment metrics and provide reports to management.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successful hires.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
