In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our coffee shop, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the coffee shop, including staff scheduling and performance.,Ensure the quality and consistency of coffee products and services.,Oversee inventory management and procurement to maintain optimal stock levels.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and monitor operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in operations.,Manage budgets and financial reporting for the operations department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools.,Familiarity with inventory management systems.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
