📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of insurance agents, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive customer acquisition and retention.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.,Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, underwriting, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of insurance products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, insurance, or a related field.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales and marketing tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus.
