📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.,Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Conduct employee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring fair and competitive packages.,Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.,Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.,Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and local language (Makassar).,Experience in using HR management software and systems.,Certifications in HR management or related fields are a plus.,Proven track record of successfully managing HR teams and projects.
