📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow,Manage and mentor a team of employees,Coordinate with other departments to meet company goals,Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction,Monitor and report on team performance and productivity,Handle employee scheduling and training,Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely resolutions,Maintain a clean and safe work environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role,Proven track record of leadership and team management,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with hospitality or service industry is a plus,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
