📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and available for use.,Schedule and dispatch vehicles for employees and other business needs.,Monitor vehicle maintenance and fuel consumption, and ensure timely repairs and servicing.,Track and manage vehicle insurance and registration documents.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth vehicle operations.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and other related activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other stakeholders as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
