📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and baking a variety of pastries, bread, and desserts.,Ensure the quality and consistency of our pastries by following recipes and standards.,Maintain and clean the pastry kitchen and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.,Stock and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.,Assist in training and developing junior staff in pastry making techniques.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in pastry making.,Work efficiently and effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts or related field.,Strong knowledge of pastry making techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
