📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, to ensure our guests have a delightful time at our establishment.,Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and restocking supplies as needed.,Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.,Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of alcohol.,Assist in training and mentoring new hires in bartending techniques and customer service.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in mixology and bartending.,Participate in inventory management and cost control for bar supplies.,Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a bartender or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation techniques.,Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Valid ID and the legal right to work in Indonesia.,Ability to pass a background check.
