As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during special events and banquets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high standard of hospitality,Assist with event setup and breakdown,Ensure the banquet area is clean and well-maintained,Assist with food and beverage service during events,Handle any guest inquiries or concerns professionally and efficiently,Work as part of a team to ensure smooth event operations,Follow all health and safety guidelines

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent,Previous experience in hospitality or event staffing is a plus,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Friendly and approachable demeanor,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations,Basic knowledge of English is a plus,Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods
