📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and coordinating departmental activities to ensure smooth operations.,Oversee daily tasks and activities of the department to maintain productivity and efficiency.,Support the Department Head in strategic planning and decision-making processes.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor departmental performance and provide regular reports to the Department Head.,Assist in recruitment and training of new staff members.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Design, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the fashion or retail industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with fashion industry trends and market dynamics.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
