Accounting ERP Specialist

PT. Global Papua Abadi is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Accounting ERP Specialist to join our growing finance team in Jakarta Pusat. In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between our accounting operations and our technological infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of our ERP system. As a member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, while also contributing to the continuous improvement of our ERP system.

With a strong background in accounting and a passion for technology, you will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and troubleshooting our ERP system to meet the unique needs of our organization. You will work closely with our accounting team to ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported, while also providing valuable insights and recommendations to improve our financial processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Configure and customize the ERP system to meet the specific needs of the accounting department.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions in the ERP system.
• Generate and analyze financial reports to provide valuable insights to the management team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the ERP system.
• Provide training and support to the accounting team on the use of the ERP system.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in ERP technology and accounting best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of financial data across the organization.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of our ERP system and financial processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with a strong background in ERP systems.
• Proficiency in using Oracle ERP or SAP ERP systems.
• Certification in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle ERP Applications Certified Professional, SAP Certified Application Associate) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
