📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.,Check-in and check-out guests, and assist with their needs.,Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean and organized.,Assist with event planning and coordination.,Handle and process mail and packages.,Assist with administrative tasks as needed.,Enforce security and safety protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer software and office equipment.,Customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
