📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly and professional demeanor.,Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized at all times.,Assist in managing the flow of guests and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.,Keep accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions.,Assist in resolving any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.,Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a high standard of service is maintained.,Follow all company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role is a plus but not required.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) is a plus.,Familiarity with English language is a plus.,Must be able to work shifts including weekends and holidays.,Must be willing to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges.
