• Lead and optimize import operations, ensuring timely and compliant customs clearance.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to streamline logistics.
• Utilize SAP and Oracle for import tracking, inventory management, and reporting.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of import coordinators.
• Stay updated on trade regulations and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
• Analyze import data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with customs laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in import operations, customs clearance, or logistics leadership.
• Proven expertise in trade regulations, customs procedures, and import documentation.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software, including SAP and Oracle.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Customs Brokerage or Logistics Management is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
